Order
Delivery or Pickup:
I can provide free delivery to you within a 1km distance from where I am located. If you are outside a 1km distance, I will let you know and there will be a charge for a return taxi ride (receipt will be shown).
Alternatively, you can pick up the goods from me at a set location. Time, date and place to be decided at the time of order.
Special Orders. My baked goods make great gifts for birthdays, celebrations and special events. I can put together gift baskets or gift boxes and deliver them for your special occasion, with a gift card containing a personal message from you.
Payment:
Place orders 3-4 days in advance. Holiday orders need to be placed one week in advance
I accept cash on delivery or pickup of goods.
For large orders over 200 rmb, a down payment (50%) will be required.
Refunds/ Dissatisfaction. The quality of “Dangerously Delicious” depends upon your feedback. If you are dissatisfied please contact ‘The Oven Mamma’ directly. I will try my best to work out a fair solution.
